Publications

The results of our research and capacity development programs and activities are documented in publications, study reports, videos and other resource materials. Most are or will be available to subscribers / members for free download as they are developed. Some of these resources are the result of CCAF sponsored research and some are the result of joint ventures with other organizations. We also occasionally make available resources that have been developed by our members or others where they have a direct bearing on our core areas of interest.

Most of our products focus on the public sector; some deal with the corporate sector. Some are generic and some are directed to specific governments, or the health, education and municipal sectors, as well as different stakeholders in those organizations - governing body members, executive management, and auditors.

Each publication and resource description indicates how it can be obtained. We continue to add previous as well as new publications to our site and almost all are, or will soon be, available to subscribers / members for free download.

In some cases, printed copies of the resource are available. In some cases they are only available for download. If subscribers / members wish to obtain a printed copy, they can do so by clicking one of the links above and ordering on-line. We will ship and invoice upon receipt of your order.

LANGUAGES

All resources and publications are either bilingual or available in English or French. Several are available in Spanish.

We have available an English-French-Spanish-Arabic lexicon of governance, accountability and comprehensive auditing terms containing definitions and illustrations of these terms as we use them in our publications. It was developed to promote better understanding and use of our publications given that some of the concepts and terms have emerged in a Canadian context and consequently may not be commonly used in other languages, countries or cultures.
