Risk Management and Economic Stimulus Programming In partnership with the Public Policy Forum, CCAF held a workshop on Risk Management and Economic Stimulus Programming. This workshop was designed for public service program managers and auditors handling stimulus programs, to provide a neutral space to better understand, clarify and apply program performance expectations and develop a deeper appreciation for the practice of risk management, using the current environment (i.e. stimulus spending) as a practical and "real time" case study. The Public Performance Report Practices for a Digital Age Many governments are actively engaging their citizens, specifically regarding the use and usability of public sector performance information. They are exploring new and innovative ways to inform and empower citizens with government information and statistics. CCAF has begun to explore the ways in which government can navigate the myths and trends of citizen engagement, to better understand what information these stakeholders need and how they can best receive it. CCAF-FCVI's Good Practices Study Findings The web presentation builds on the Good Practices Study and showcases each of 28 practices. The purpose is to facilitate navigation through the practices and provide direct links to the websites for individual practices. |
