Office of the Controller and Auditor General of Tanzania
Auditors from Tanzania are participating in a long distance education program through CCAF. In January they began the Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigations certificate program of Algonquin College, based in Ottawa.
CCAF's interaction with Tanzania has been intensifying over recent years. This has included holding multiple workshops in Tanzania and receiving several Fellows, including two for the 2009-2010 year. Read the Update: CCAF Partnership with Tanzania Accelerates (May 20, 2009)

Mr. Ferguson has since reviewed several of the Tanzanian office's audit reports in detail and visited again in April 2009. He has also invited the two Tanzanian Fellows currently in Canada to spend time at his office in Fredericton to further strengthen the twinning relationship.
