Twenty-three participants from the Ministère des finances, Bureau du vérificateur général (BVG) du Mali, Assemblée nationale, Section des comptes de la Cour suprême du Mali, Contrôle général des Services publics, Association des contrôleurs, inspecteurs et auditeurs du Mali and the Secrétariat du forum des organisations de la société civile attended the workshop. The Minister of Justice chaired the opening ceremony.

Throughout the four days, participants had opportunities to work in small groups. Each group was composed of representatives of the BVG Mali and other institutions. This group structure fostered synergy and good exchanges between members of different organizations.
