Graduate Fellows' Profiles and Strategy Papers Enjoy reading individual biographies and learning what Fellows are currently doing. Strategy Papers produced since 1999-2000 are available for downloading. Access this information through the above tabs. A Strategy Paper is a project developed during a Fellow's placement in Canada. The topic has been pre-approved by the Fellow's home Supreme Audit Institution and relates to a priority need. Read more about the process in the Strategy Paper guidelines. By the end of the 2009-2010 year - the 30th year of the Program - CCAF will have trained 209 auditors from 53 countries through its Fellowship placements at Canadian Federal and Provincial Legislative Audit Offices.
