Michael Eastman, Executive Director of CCAF-FCVI Inc., has been selected as a Fellow of the Society of Management Accountants, FCMA. The award recognizes Michael's “outstanding contribution to the territory of management accounting and for the benefit of others in the Society and in the community.”
According to CCAF Chair Michael McLaughlin, FCMA, “Throughout his career, Michael has been an exemplary member of our Society, using his thorough knowledge of management accounting as a foundation for service with distinction in a number of posts.
“On behalf of the Board of Governors of CCAF, I want to congratulate Michael for achieving this special honour.”
The award was presented during a convocation ceremony that took place on Saturday, October 27 in Toronto.

Michael Eastman, directeur exécutif du CCAF-FCVI Inc., a été nommé Fellow de la société des comptables en management accrédités du Canada (FCMA). Cette distinction lui a été attribuée pour sa « contribution au champ de la comptabilité de gestion et pour son apport à l'association et à la communauté ».
Selon le président du CCAF-FCVI Inc., Michael McLaughlin, FCMA, « tout au long de sa carrière, Michael a été un membre exemplaire de notre association. Il a toujours mis sa grande connaissance de la comptabilité de gestion au service des autres, et ce, dans tous les postes qu'il a occupés. »
« Je veux féliciter Michael au nom du Conseil des Gouverneurs du CCAF-FCVI Inc. pour cet accomplissement. »
Cette distinction a été présentée au cours d'une cérémonie qui eu lieu le samedi 27 octobre à Toronto.
